Coverage and eligibility

Request a return from info@cubebuff.com within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns require unused, complete goods in their original condition, with tags where supplied. Custom-made, engraved or personalized products and items expressly marked “Final Sale” are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Defect remedies and mandatory consumer rights remain available.

Cancellation before shipment

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. Personal-reason refunds before shipment carry a handling fee of 10% of the order amount. Custom-product exclusions apply. After dispatch, use the return process.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund applies if production exceeds the stated time and you decline the delayed order, a serious defect makes the goods unusable, or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost or undeliverable. Eligible EU withdrawal returns are covered below.

Minor defects after use or minor transit damage may receive a partial refund of up to 30%. Missing accessories can reduce the refund amount.

Return authorization and packaging

Send your order number, reason and photo or video evidence. Eligible requests receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours. Wait for approval and the correct return address; unauthorized returns are rejected. Use original or protective packaging. Tracked shipping is recommended; retain proof of shipment.

Shipping costs and exchanges

You pay return shipping for a refund or exchange without a quality issue, including a slight color difference. Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. CubeBuff covers return shipping for defective items.

Refund methods and timing

After approval, original-payment refunds are processed in 3–5 business days; international orders may take an additional 2–3 days. Alternatively, approved store-credit refunds are issued immediately with a 5% bonus.

EU consumers

You may request withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of delivery for unused eligible goods. Return them in original condition with packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. You pay return shipping unless defective; non-defective shipping costs are excluded from the refund. Mandatory local rights prevail.

International duties and VAT

Refunds exclude duties and VAT paid to customs or other third parties. Include customs-payment proof with any request concerning a duty refund.

Requests that may be declined

Expired requests, customer-caused damage and untraceable return shipments may be declined, subject to mandatory rights. Contact info@cubebuff.com before sending a parcel.
