Before ordering, you are responsible for checking:

The complete LEGO® set number.
The selected display format.
The selected background, lighting or other product option.
The listed product and case dimensions.
The available shelf, desk or wall space.
Any installation or wall-mounting requirements.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, LEGO® sets, completed models, minifigures and decorative accessories shown in product images are not included. The purchase is for the CubeBuff display product and its listed components only.

5. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, compatibility information, dimensions, images and prices accurately.

Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and photographic conditions. Product images may include models or accessories to demonstrate intended use.

If we discover a material error in a product description, price or order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item. If payment has already been collected for an item we cancel, the amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits your rights when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order can be accepted or fulfilled.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

A product or selected option is unavailable.
The product price or description contains a material error.
The shipping destination cannot be served.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item unless the transaction is confirmed to be fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

7. Prices, Payments, Taxes and Duties

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market or shown during checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, when collected by the store, are shown during checkout.

Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees and destination taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they have been collected or included.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where the original price resulted from an obvious error.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, processing estimates, carrier transit estimates, tracking and delivery conditions are described in the CubeBuff Shipping Policy and on applicable product pages.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, carrier delays, destination conditions, severe weather and other events outside CubeBuff’s reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@cubebuff.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or tracking has been issued.

Shipping terms do not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

9. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Order cancellations, return eligibility, return costs, exchanges, damaged-item claims and refund processing are governed by the CubeBuff Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do not return a product before receiving authorization and the correct return address from CubeBuff.
