LEGO Classic TV Batmobile: 76328 vs 76188 Displays shown with the matching display product

LEGO Classic TV Series Batmobile 76328 and Batman Classic TV Series Batmobile 76188 share black bodywork and red trim, but their displays serve different builds. Confirm the set number before choosing a case. Then decide whether your view should emphasize the long car profile or the compact vehicle-and-figures scene.

Match the build before comparing the presentation

Set Display emphasis Matching product
76328 The long body, red edging and open cabin. 76328 display case
76188 The compact car together with the figures and model plate. 76188 display case

Do not identify the case by “Batmobile” alone. The 1989 cars, Tumbler and Batman Returns builds are separate subjects. For the 1989 versions, use the 76139 and 40433 guide.

Let the red line describe the car

For 76328, a side view keeps the red outline continuous along the dark body. A slight angle reveals more of the cabin, but changes how much shelf depth the composition appears to use. Compare both from your normal viewing position.

For 76188, keep the figures separate from the car's outline. A figure placed directly in front of a wheel can obscure one of the features that makes the compact vehicle readable. Follow the arrangement supported by the matching base and instructions.

Choose a scene or a quieter backdrop

Both matching products have printed and clear presentations. The printed designs provide their own setting behind the dark car. A clear case can work against a simple wall, especially when several Batman models share a cabinet.

Judge the black bodywork against the actual background in your room. A photograph made against a white studio setting will not look identical on a dark shelf. The red trim should remain visible without relying on a particular photographic lighting effect.

Plan for the correct enclosure size

The 76328 case is listed at 57 × 30 × 17.3 cm, while the 76188 case is 27 × 17 × 12.3 cm, in width, depth and height. These outer dimensions make clear why the products should not be treated as interchangeable.

Reserve the full footprint and extra access room. A room image may show another Batmobile nearby; the selected product covers only its stated model, and LEGO sets and figures are sold separately.
