LEGO Marvel Studios Minifigures: Series 1 and 2 Displays

Display arrangement for Acrylic Display Case for Marvel Studios Minifigures Series 1 (71031); LEGO models and figures sold separately.

Marvel Studios minifigures from Series 1 and Series 2 can share a shelf without being forced into the same display layout. The cases for 71031 and 71039 differ in width and height, and Series 2 adds a choice of backgrounds. Those differences give you practical ways to separate the groups while keeping a coherent Marvel collection.

Allow for two different case proportions

The Series 1 case for 71031 is listed at 22.8 cm wide, 13 cm deep and 11.5 cm high. The Series 2 case for 71039 measures 29 cm wide, 13 cm deep and 12.3 cm high. Use those case dimensions when planning the shelf; they are not individual figure clearances.

With both cases facing forward, aligning their front edges gives the row a clear starting line. Leave a deliberate gap between them so the different widths look intentional. A shared depth does not prove that their covers, bases or figure positions can be exchanged.

Choose a visual role for the Series 2 background

Series 2 offers Spotlights and Question Marks configurations. Use Spotlights if you prefer the figures to read as a presented cast, or compare Question Marks if you want the background pattern to remain part of the collection's identity. Judge both in the selected-option gallery, with your room's colours in mind.

A more prominent printed pattern can draw attention between the characters. Give broad accessories a clear outline against it, and check whether a dark costume becomes harder to distinguish in a particular position.

Compose the figures before closing the case

Try grouping related characters, then check the view across both tiers. A raised hand or a wide accessory in the front row can cover the figure behind it. Adjust the pose within normal movement and the supplied layout rather than pushing a prop against the acrylic.

If you rotate favourites, leave a route to reach the rear positions without moving the whole neighbouring case. Make the display manageable as well as attractive; a crowded shelf can discourage you from enjoying the collection up close.

Match the series and the chosen artwork

Keep 71031 and 71039 beside their respective product links. Confirm the background in the option selector before ordering. The general minifigure display guide covers further access and fit checks.

The display products are supplied separately from the LEGO figures and their accessories. Choose the configuration pictured for the collection you own.
