Destinations and shipping charges
CubeBuff ships from China to eligible addresses in the United States, the European Union and other countries supported at checkout. Local restrictions may apply. Available services and shipping charges are calculated at checkout for your destination.
Preparing your order
- Standard orders: 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Products identified as special or oversized: 5–7 days before dispatch.
- Custom-made products: 5–15 business days before dispatch.
- Pre-orders: the dispatch date shown on the product page.
Delivery estimates after dispatch
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days.
- Expedited shipping: 3–7 business days, when offered at checkout.
- European Union standard delivery: 7–14 business days.
Production time is additional to transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, customs and holidays may affect arrival.
Taxes and customs
Taxes and duties collected or included by CubeBuff are shown at checkout. You are responsible for customs clearance and any import duties, VAT or other destination charges not collected at checkout.
Tracking, delays and lost parcels
Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. If your parcel is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery date, email info@cubebuff.com with your order number. Carrier-confirmed lost or undeliverable parcels qualify for a refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
