Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery at info@cubebuff.com. Eligible requests receive authorization within 48 hours. Wait for approval and the correct return address before shipping anything back.
Custom-made, engraved or personalized goods and items marked Final Sale are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Customers pay non-defective return shipping; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. Personal-reason cancellations before shipment carry a handling fee of 10% of the order amount; custom-product exclusions apply.
Approved original-payment refunds take 3–5 business days; international orders may take an additional 2–3 days. Store credit is issued immediately with a 5% bonus. EU consumers have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal window for unused eligible goods.
