Returns and refunds
Cancellation before dispatch
If you request a cancellation for personal reasons before the order ships, a 10% processing charge will be deducted from the refund.
Returns after delivery
Contact info@cubebuff.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. The product must be unused, complete and returned in its original packaging. For a return that is not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
Damage, defects or missing parts
Email your order number and clear photos or video to info@cubebuff.com. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping the item. We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund steps.

Which direction should the ship face?
Aim the pointed nose into the room's natural viewing route and retain a three-quarter angle that reveals both length and engine spacing. Avoid placing the case where only the tail can be seen on approach.
What should be considered around the case?
Check the final dimensions and leave sufficient end clearance for the long nose-to-tail line. Side access is also useful when placing or adjusting a narrow spacecraft model.
