The package includes acrylic panels, a base, connectors and printed assembly instructions. An electronic copy can also be sent to the email address you specify. LEGO® set 10307 and the completed Eiffel Tower are not included.

How can I protect the model during setup?
Keep the tower away from the panel assembly area. Build and inspect the empty case first, then move the model only when the display is stable and the route is clear of overhead obstacles.

Standard shipping is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days when it is available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by holidays, customs clearance, destination conditions or carrier delays.

Returns and refunds
Cancellation before dispatch
If you request a cancellation for personal reasons before the order ships, a 10% processing charge will be deducted from the refund.
Returns after delivery
Contact info@cubebuff.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. The product must be unused, complete and returned in its original packaging. For a return that is not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
Damage, defects or missing parts
Email your order number and clear photos or video to info@cubebuff.com. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping the item. We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund steps.
