What does the product include?
You receive the wall display frame, mounting components and printed assembly instructions. An electronic copy can also be sent to the email address you specify. LEGO® set 10360, the carrier aircraft, shuttle and any accessories shown are not included.

How should installation be prepared?
Select fixings appropriate to the wall, mount and inspect the empty frame, and keep the model away from the work area. Transfer the paired aircraft only after the display is secure.

Standard orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Products identified as special or oversized may require 5–7 days before dispatch. Custom-made products may require 5–15 business days, and pre-order items follow the dispatch date stated on the product page.
Transit time
Standard shipping is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days when it is available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by holidays, customs clearance, destination conditions or carrier delays.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Returns and refunds
Cancellation before dispatch
If you request a cancellation for personal reasons before the order ships, a 10% processing charge will be deducted from the refund.
Returns after delivery
Contact info@cubebuff.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. The product must be unused, complete and returned in its original packaging. For a return that is not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
Damage, defects or missing parts
Email your order number and clear photos or video to info@cubebuff.com. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping the item. We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund steps.
Frequently asked questions
What sightline makes the two aircraft easy to read?
Mount where the carrier's wings remain fully visible and the shuttle outline is not hidden by glare or a nearby shelf. The two layers should separate clearly from normal standing distance.
What wall clearance should be considered?
Confirm the frame dimensions and check nearby door swings, shelving and corners. If dimensions are not listed, contact us before checkout. Keep open space at both ends so the wing line is not clipped.
