Returns and refunds
Cancellation before dispatch
If you request a cancellation for personal reasons before the order ships, a 10% processing charge will be deducted from the refund.
Returns after delivery
Contact info@cubebuff.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. The product must be unused, complete and returned in its original packaging. For a return that is not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
Damage, defects or missing parts
Email your order number and clear photos or video to info@cubebuff.com. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping the item. We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund steps.
