Assembly Guide
- Prepare a clean, flat and stable work surface.
- Remove the protective film from both sides of the acrylic panels.
- Align the case panels and corresponding connection points.
- Use the supplied accessories and screws to secure the required sections.
- Check that the empty enclosure is fully assembled and stable before placing the model inside.
Support the Hubble model from stable structural points when placing it inside the case. Do not lift or carry the model by the solar arrays.
Important: This display case is not designed to be moved or transported while the LEGO® model is inside. Remove the model before relocating the case.

The clear version provides a clean, museum-style presentation and allows the telescope to be viewed from multiple sides. A printed background creates stronger visual separation behind the solar arrays and telescope body.
Printed artwork is included only with the corresponding printed-background option.
What deserves extra care during setup?
Assemble and inspect the empty case first. When transferring the model, support it from stable areas and make sure the solar arrays and other projecting elements clear the enclosure panels.

Check the telescope, its support and the transfer route together
Make the fit check with the complete 11382 model in its intended display position, including the support you will use. The display stand is not included with this case, so the case footprint cannot tell you which separate support will fit.
- Record the widest span across the model's projecting elements in the intended pose.
- Record the full height and depth with the intended support in place. Compare these with the internal display space, keeping the measurement units consistent.
- Check the case's external dimensions against the shelf or cabinet, then check the opening and model-transfer route as separate tasks.
Keep the solar arrays clear during transfer and follow the model's handling instructions. Remove the telescope before relocating the case; the enclosure is not a transport carrier for the assembled model.
Use the display-space worksheet for the furniture check. If you also own Space Shuttle Discovery 10283, keep that set and its telescope component separate in your notes: a shared subject name does not establish display compatibility.
