Installation & Structure Guide

1. Identify the Protective Film

Before assembly, inspect each acrylic component carefully.

• Transparent acrylic panels have protective film on both sides.
• UV-printed panels have protective film on one side.
• Carved decorative panels do not use protective film and are supplied separately bagged.

2. Remove the Protective Film

Carefully peel away the protective film from the applicable acrylic surfaces before final assembly. Avoid using sharp metal tools that could scratch the panels.

3. Assemble the Acrylic Structure

Align the faceted acrylic panels according to the supplied instructions and secure the required sections using the included screws and accessories.

4. Install the Backdrop

Position the UV-printed fireworks panel at the rear of the enclosure, making sure the printed artwork faces the intended viewing direction.

5. Install the Lighting Components

Fit the illuminated base and four spotlights in their designated positions. Route the lighting cable neatly toward the USB power connection.

6. Position the Disney Castle

Place the completed LEGO® Disney Castle carefully onto the display base. Center the model and check that the tallest towers and projecting decorative elements remain clear of the acrylic panels.

7. Complete the Enclosure

Install the remaining acrylic components and check that all screws, panels and accessories are correctly seated before powering the lighting system.

Assembly Notes

• The display case is supplied as a parts kit and requires assembly.
• Approximate assembly time is 30 minutes for one person.
• Do not overtighten screws against acrylic components.
• Assemble the product on a clean, flat and stable surface.
• Handle large acrylic panels by their edges where possible.
• Because of the overall size, additional assistance may be useful when moving the completed display.

Is this case designed specifically for LEGO® set 43222?

Yes. This display case is designed for LEGO® Disney Castle set 43222. The earlier LEGO® Disney Castle set 71040 has different dimensions and should not be assumed to fit this enclosure.

Is this a standard rectangular acrylic case?

No. This version uses a distinctive gem-shaped faceted enclosure with decorative carved details, a printed fireworks backdrop and integrated lighting.

Does the fireworks background light up?

The fireworks scene itself is UV-printed artwork. The display lighting comes from the illuminated base and four spotlights.

Does UV-printed mean UV protected?

No. “UV-printed” describes the printing method used for the artwork. It does not indicate that the acrylic or printed panel provides UV-protective filtering.

Is this a wall-mounted display?

No. This product is designed as a freestanding tabletop display case. Place it on a stable, level surface capable of supporting the complete display.

Care & Placement

• Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough materials that may scratch the acrylic.
• Keep the display away from direct sunlight where possible.
