What should be complete before the castle is moved?
Build and inspect the empty case first. Clear the route to the final shelf, then transfer the model carefully while keeping spires and projecting pieces away from the panels.

Cancellation before dispatch
If you request a cancellation for personal reasons before the order ships, a 10% processing charge will be deducted from the refund.
Returns after delivery
Contact info@cubebuff.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. The product must be unused, complete and returned in its original packaging. For a return that is not caused by a defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable.
Damage, defects or missing parts
Email your order number and clear photos or video to info@cubebuff.com. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping the item. We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund steps.
